Pre CHL Course/Basic Pistol - 1.5 hours - $70.00

For beginners who have little or no firearms experience.  Focuses on but not limited to safety issues which would include trigger control drills (indexing and snapping in), safely unloading and loading, weapon handling, and basic shooting which would include sight alignment and sight picture, target acquisition, and basic weapon malfunction.  This course is for the novice or beginner who needs instruction on basic gun mechanics and marksmanship.

This course is for shooters that are familiar with basic shooting and would like to challenge themselves on the range.  Initially would focus on safety issues and move quickly to the range.  At the range the shooter would be facing multiple targets, multiple shots, point shooting (one hand), timed shooting, and qualifications on targets ranging from 3 yards to 25 yards.

Intermediate course is a prerequisite.  Initially would focus on safety issues and move quickly to the range.  This course would consist of multiple targets, multiple shots, point shooting, timed shooting, weak hand shooting, mandatory reload while shooting, training under stress, combat mindset, shoot or don't shoot scenarios, and qualifications on targets ranging fom 3 yards to 25 yards.
